BG question

There is a single paladin that que's up for wsg once and a while every couple of days that seems to be immune to snare(no she doesnt have her DA shield up) and I cant figure out how to stop her from getting away.
myself being a hunter she just shrugs off all my wing clips, traps and all my concussion shots without any problems at all.
My question is, is there a paladin spell that makes you immune to all run speed spells or maybe pallys have an instant snare dispell spell?
I just started doing BG's about a week ago and I really dont know everything about all the classes, any ideas how to stop her?

Free action potions will have the effects you described. They do, however, have a cooldown and only last 30 seconds (I think). If this is a constant thing with this pally I would call HAX!

One tactic I found very useful was to use the level 1 viper sting on paladins.

Well.. I was running behind her spamming wing clip and it would only last for a very short time, half a second or so. Does it leavea buff on you that says immune to run effects for x amount of time?

Blessing of Freedom lasts around 9 seconds at that level and prevents all snare effects from working.

damn well lets hope the other paladins dont figure out they have that spell, after all there were 7 of them during the last wsg I did.

Viper Sting is the best against a Paladin. A pally with no mana is worthless!

BoF lasts 10 seconds with a 20 second cooldown.
With talents it lasts 16 seconds, same 20 second cooldown. Like any blessing it can be purged.

While I have your attention another BG question regarding the rewards.
Is 150kish honor a week a realistic number for getting rank 11 anytime in the near future, or will it take me months at that rate?

Depends on how active the server is.
On my server that would get you GM eventually.

well I play on windrunner which I think is a high population server, and during daytime hours ive never had to wait more than 10minutes for a 50-59 bg. So id imagine thats pretty active.

I remember a few people I was talking with avging about 300K, it all depends on the server. You could talk to the current rank 12 - 14 people and find out what they avg

You can't cleanse wing clip. Though a bof would clear it sure enough.

Also, if they have bof on before they hit ice trap they will resist. When I go against a paladin I simply run away and constantly shoot my weakest viper sting. This causes them to constantly be cleansing. A combination of that and pet dps. TIt takes a long time to wear mana, but if you see the paladin switch to blessing of wisdom start the snares and lay pressure on him to stop using it. Beat them through attrition.

Using the level 1 mana drain sting is definitely a effective trick vs paladins. Priests like to do the same thing using level 1 Shadow Word: Pain. One of the hunters I know, whos' one of the best equipped on the server, never loses to Paladins except for vs me and like 2 others. He finally beat me for the first time ever by using the level 1 mana drain sting trick.
Now, of course, I'll be sure to watch for it, and it won't work quite as well, but it will slow me down a bit, which will still help him out.
For Blessing of Freedom, to see if they're using it, look for a glowing golden torus down around their feet. Kinda hard to describe.

Looks like a gold version of the healing aura from Diablo 2 to me.
