I want to take the Honey to dinner for his birthday tonight. We live about 45 minutes from Fort Worth. I really wanted to take him to the Cheesecake Factory, but it's in Dallas (almost 2 hours). Any ideas for something good. Even if its a chain restuaraunt, as long as it isnt something like Oilve Garden or Red Lobster, thanks.

Cheesecake Factory was nothing special... in fact, I don't think I liked it at all. It's certainly not worth driving two hours for.
Find a good Thai restaurant... I don't know of any nationwide Thai chains yet so you might actually get a decent meal.

theres nothing that you don't make often that he really loves? you would probably spend less money, and he would appreciate it more. Assuming you have the time that is

I'd recommend Bahama Breeze or Smokey Bones as they are part of the Olive Garden / Red Lobster Family.

It doesn't matter whatever she makes since he probably doused Louisiana hot sauce all over it.

I dont care for BBQ, but Bahama Breeze isnt a bad idea.
I cook dinner every night, his favorite is my lasagna, and I make it one every two weeks. I asked him what he wanted for his birthday, he wants a shirt and to go out to dinner, so that is what we are doing.

Hooters. Show him you care by letting him look at racks.

yah viet food is great.
Screw dinner... take him to "The Palace" in San Antonio... You can make dinner out of scotch and lapdances.
or you could go to red lobster. I hear they have shrimp there.

Im going to Austin tomorrow. Picking up my oldest son from the airport for the rest of the summer. My parents (well my mother anyway) isnt to fond of the boyfriend because I was pregnant and we werent married. That woman drives me insane. I swear she is the reason for what happened. She was here last weekend, and I was very stressed out.
Ill be back in Austin and San ANotnio a few more times beofre the end of the summer. Goose needs to give me a ring so we can meet for drinks.
