What are the chances?

Of my on-die temperature monitor just freaking the fuck out?
My CPU fan is running at the same speed it always has and is free of any blockage.
I loaded up my old Hmonitor program to check the temperature while I stressed it a bit, and it's telling me a normal of 60c
My Bios is telling me it's at 90c though. (idle, which seems like bullshit)
I underclocked it just to be safe.
