Blue Bunny's Chocolate Cherry Blast, which, much to my great disappointment, is no longer being made. 
It was cordial cherry flavored ice cream, with fudge ribbons, small little cherry chunks, and tiny, little chocolate-covered cherries in the shape of bunnies.
