I got Mono in early June, wasn't able to come in for 5 weeks, didn't feel well until about 6 weeks passed.
My boss decided I wasn't taking care of my clients because I had only made plans for each and every one of my listings and buyers were covered by someone in the office.
So she took all my contacts and distributed them amongst the new agents in the office. That in essence gutted the work I had put forth over the past two years of work. She refused to even give me a 25% referall on them.
That really pissed me off. I rebuilt the entire network at the office and built a top of the line presentation system for the conference room, all at no charge. On top of being the agent who was at the office from 10am til 7pm every day of the week unless I had appointments. I busted my ass to get shit on.

Hey, I didn't say I was working hard, nor was I paid hourly. I worked for commission. Doesn't change the fact I was there and able to answer phone calls when people called about certain properties.
