Capital One Auto Finance

Does anybody have any experience with this company? I'm looking into refinancing my car, and Capital One had the best rate so far @ 8.70% through LendingTree.com.

i remember hearing they got sued by Minnesota
here's a story. looks like if you default on a payment they send those vikings in the commercial after you.
