My unkown half-sister and birth father

My birth father's name is Matthais Andrulewicz, and my half-sister's name is Elizabeth Andrulewicz.
I did a google search for my birth father and found nothing.
I did a google search for my half-sister and found

I'm still looking for more on my sister, but I would appreciate any help in finding any information at all about either of them.

Mark I'm actually a 15 minute drive from Hagerstown. Seems like she's more towards Philadelphia just south of it.
