I work at Texas A&M and we just "got the memo" ourselves, since Gates is the current president of the university and all.

Rummy should have retired a couple years ago. This change in leadership cannot possibly be worse than when Rummy was in charge. I hope Gates makes some sound decisions and takes the war in Iraq in a different direction.
