With how easy it is to get a full HWL set, every nub in the world will be going into the TBC level grind with their free epix.

I can grind out 10k honor fairly easily in a day. That means anyone who wants to can get a HWL weapon in just two or three days. Beats two months of instance farming, hm?

I hope that's the new system's point value you're talking. I've done 30k+ no problem in a day. The new system severely nerfs the amount of honor you receive from matches. Earning 50k a day (very doable in old) will be non existent. Earning 10k in one day with new system will be a good deal of work. And anyone who already puts that much work in, likely has decent gear as it is. Not to mention, the gear from quests/drops in TBC will be easier, and pretty comparable to current pvp rewards. That being said, the arena's rewards will take the place as high goal for pvp.

And the pvp epic's wont be shit compared to high end raid gear in TBC. It'll be like what current blues are from pvp vs epics. Sure old world places will be easier with all rank 14 gear, but outworld will still be harder. And from what people in beta tell me, once live, they won’t leave the expansion zones. So who cares if "decent" gear is fairly easy to earn? The *great* gear will still require more effort like always.

Haha, I actually made this post in one of those "ive been awake too long" hazes. So yeah, I played fairly stacked. 5 cap games all night long. I guess you could assume it to be two or three times as long for players unable to make a group.

If you're serious about grinding honor btw -- doing it at night/morning is the way to go. Literally no groups play, you get something like 10-12 wins an hour.

But the point stands! I think its far too easy regardless of how useful it'll be in a month. I certainly hope it wont be the same way in TBC when I expect that the PvP gear will be on par with raiding stuff.

my 1st day of honor was 3851, but today my char has been stuck in AB and I cant log him on <3 patches

anyone here tried any hunter spec besides BM? im 41/7/3 atm and love it. My bat attacks at a .64 speed before tbc nerfs it !

Spec'd my hunter with silencing shot. Its terribly situational but I like it.

I went 38/13/0 and it's a blast atm

pet with double focus and the 50 focus gain on my crit is just a monster

I take it you are using the wind serpent for its 250 instant cast lightning breath for 50 focus then?

You must be one of those "I only use slow bow hunters" well with the recent patch making faster bows up to par with slower bows, and the addition of go for the throat and Kill command at level 62 I think the fast bow will really shine since I will be getting a crit every 5 seconds or so.

Our hunters switched to HWL bow. One of them is probably one of the most well known in game.
