How do I reduce the size of

a file so I can download it? I don't have winzip, unfortunatly, and paying for it is not an option as I just paid all my bills and Im broke until payday. Thanks.

When you decide to ace the file, use the max compression possible. (it won't do much depending on what TYPE of file it is)
Some things compress more efficiently than others.
