unable to setup account

anyone know why I can't setup an account.Bought EQ Evolution set it up and when I try to setup new account nothing happens when I press the account button?

Was the box obviously opened before you bought it and you figured it was just an employee from the store opening it to check the merchandise but really the CD key has been used before?
