It doesn't taste much like a diet drink. I can't stand them, but I'm trying to lose my gut so I've cut out most sweets and fats.

This is decent.

Try this, Ever. It has none of the nasty diet aftertaste. I don't like coke, and despise diet coke but this is really good.

As far as regular cola flavored cola goes, I used to be a diet pepsi girl and still am in restaurants and such, but I can't find anything that tastes less diety than diet rite. Sometimes the diet sodas get up there in sodium too so it's nice that diet rite has 0 sodium.

I hate diet coke, hated diet cherry coke even more because it had no cherry flavor at all and all diet flavor, but i'll try the cherry zero. If I'm looking for a cherry diet I usually go for pepsi again, but it's worth a shot if it doesn't taste like diet cherry coke. The regular coke zero just again tasted like diet coke to me and I couldn't see at all what they did any different. Same ingredients, 1 or 2 out of order.

Vitamin water, or plain old water for me...fuck soda, it leaves you more thirsty and is just not good for you.

Coke zero is about the only diet soda I can tolerate. I'd buy it if they stocked it in our break room.

I drank 3 of the energy vitamin waters one day and it made me super jittery / twitchy and I already have a high heart rate normally (at rest 90 bpm, walking around 110 bpm), so I've stopped drinking it =(

For some reason, if I drink just straight water, I end up with a wicked case of heartburn. I don't know why. So, I drink mostly diet coke. Since I try and keep my caffeine intake to a minimum, it's actually generally caffeine-free diet coke. At this point, I can't even tolerate regular coke or pepsi, it tastes like I'm drinking sugar syrup, and is just plain nasty. I guess I'm used to the whole "diet soda" taste overall.

I hate cherry-flavored sodas, though, so the chances of my trying the cherry coke zero are about nil. One of these days I might give coke zero a try, but if it tastes at all as sweet as real coke, I probably won't like it.

Yep. Mineral water doesn't do it so bad, so I can drink stuff like the San Pellegrino water OK, but that's even more expensive than diet soda is, and even mineral water will do ti eventually.

Thstd sparkling mineral water Arlos. Try Arrowhead, (I think that's California) mineral water but low in content and it's flat, not sparkeling.

PS - Diet Black Cherry Vanilla Coke ftw.

I just drank a Diet Pepsi yesterday because the vending machine at work took all my quarters and wouldn't give me any iced tea, nor would it return my motherfucking change.

It was horrid at first, but I got over it and it ended up being alright.

I can't stand diet anything, it just has this after taste that always gets to me, no matter what brand.

Well, that's because it's loaded with caffeine in an easily absorbed medium. I try not to drink more than one of these a day. (I don't drink coffee)
