From Dennys Beer Barrel Pub in Clearfield, Pennsylvania. It's 123 pounds.
The Beer Barrel Main Event Charity Burger has 120,000-calorie and features an 80-pound ground beef patty. It also has a pound each of lettuce, ketchup, relish, mustard and mayonnaise, 160 slices of cheese, up to five onions and 12 tomatoes. There's also a couple pounds of banana peppers wrapped in a 30-pound bun and garnished with 33 pickles.
It cost $379.
Any one lives near this place should see if you can eat the whole thing yourself in one sitting.

It's a physical impossibility to eat 123lbs of food in one sitting.

if you go to their actual website they show the making of 'the biggest burger' but it's only 11 pound patty that they actually serve on a regular basis >< i can't fathom that.

If throwing up is allowed it would be
Somehow I think that would detract from the enjoyment of the whole process though.

I don't know, even if it was for a large group of people a burger for me would never be something I could look at in a huge portion and just divide like a pizza.
To me a burger is meant to have all the flavors taken in together, and the only way you could eat that kind of burger is to have it all in separate pieces on your plate.. and then it'd be ucky. I mean at that point it's not even a burger, and can you really imagine sitting there with a plate of lettuce and tomato smothered in ketchup mustard and mayo and eating it like a salad? Or biting into just a piece of a bun that's been saturated with grease and condiments.. that stuff just isn't meant to be separated once it's been put together ><

hehe, I definitely think it's a silly waste of time to even do something like this for the fact that when I look at pictures of things like that I can't enjoy it for what it's meant to be, which is eaten. so I just get annoyed at the idea. though it is still neat that they actually did it I suppose.
