Now that it is over with and I need not worry, I wanted to tell those of you who aren't on my space that I won an award for this thing I was involved in heavily for the past six months. We fought oppression with a huge presentation which included media, lecture, and 8 skits that I wrote for the occasion.
Also, I was elected vice president of the student government (SGA)! (The SGA also won an award for this thing, as well as the current SGA president.)
I just wanted to let you guys know that.
Make your life something to be proud of! If I can do it, anyone can.

All kinds of oppression.
Well, we tried to get in as many as possible.
The skits covered homosexuality, racial profiling, homelessness, bulemia, ableism, body imagism and domestic violence. There was media from all sorts of areas of the world which represented genocide and other forms of oppression. I love this whole activism thing. It is very satisfying.
Thanks for all of your kudos. You guys can sleep well knowing that you have all played a part in who I have become. I am out to stop guys like Jay from breeding!
