How do I get my Avatar to have movement? Where I got it originally it has animation, but it wont work here. PLease help?

Fucking A, you want to use a nearly 1 megabyte sized file as your fucking avatar? Aren't there size restrictions on those things?
I am pretty sure I know why this version isn't animated and the other is, but since I think a 1 MB avatar is utterly and totally ridiculous, I'm not going to explain it, because then you might USE it.

Only one image can be displayed at a time, its width can be no greater than 150 pixels, the height no greater than 200 pixels, and the file size no more than 439 KB.
You're over the filesize limit.
