Apparently the other company I work for ordered some parts in to repair the SAN system. They shipped in all the replacement parts except for a screw. They called them and ordered it. It arrived along with the bill.

Apparently. it is VERY special.
The moral of the story. never let the ordering go from someone outside of IT.
I blanked out our customer info but that is EXACTLY how it came in.

Hey, you got off cheap. Most people probably pay a lot more than 61 euros for a screw in Europe...

Currently, 1 euro is $1.35. So it's around 83 bucks.
