What the fuck is wrong with all these fucking dorks buying Birth Control Glasses & purposefully wearing them? They are making the options significantly lower for those of us who don't want to wear that shit.

I literally am having to buy frames online because none of the optomitrists around here have square lens light frame gunmetal black frames anymore.

It is pissing me off.

That & the amount of money I have to spend on it pisses me off quite a bit as well. $200 for frames & another $150 for the lenses? /sigh wru vision plan?

Unfortunately, I have a job that does not offer dental or vision benefits due to my part time status & I already have health insurance through my school. So it all kinda sucks in the end.

My primary rant is the fagtastic styles that have suddenly come into the vogue.

I buy glasses once every 10 years or so.

I need to get new glasses too. I have excellent health insurance but it's vision plan sucks balls. You might wanna consider the two options I might go with.

1) Pearl Vision is having a sale right now I think for buy 1 get 1 on frames

2) Go here : http://www.framesdirect.com You just need an updated prescription and measurements of your eyes and face. I found a few pairs that would cost me about $500 anywhere else for about $200 or less there.

Or do what I'm doing and wear contacts for a straight year and change them out every 2 weeks (pricey as well)

I've always gone with Lens Crafters. It costs more but the service is worth it and the frames are great. I recommend transition lenses too!

Just get a red rider bee bee gun and shoot your eyes out, you dont reall yneed them, you can function without them!!

Soon as I think about it, I need to go pick up the new glasses and contacts. I went to Eye.....Masters?.....and they are doing a buy one get one half off or something. Unfortunately, I dont see the point in having 2 pair since I wear contacts 99% of the time...but I also get $30 off a years supply.
