It's not a scam, I know about 10 people who've gotten their shuffle's already and not had a bit of spam from it.

We got one of ours for signing on to an audio book site. We werent expecting it but he'd have used the service anyway. He used it a few times but it hasnt gotten much play.

How much are they now? I've been using my PSP as an mp3 player at the gym but I'm so scared of dropping it >< It'd be nice to have something cheap to just hang around my neck for an hour a day and that's all.
