I'm making buffalo wings, and for supper I'm going to attempt to pan fry some jackfish we caught this past weekend and make some sort of nice alfredo'ish sauce for linguini to go with


I suspect the fish will be a disaster, that's why I'm going to fill up on hotwings before the family gets home, jeje

I should take up cooking, but I just never have done anything that isn't BBQed...
