Thought I would share this with you. These are so yummy, but man, my ass is on fire today.
Take a fresh jalepeno and cut it in half, take out all seeds, fill with cream cheese, wrap in bacon and bake until the bacon is done.
These are so good, they also had peanut butter stuffed ones, and cheddar stuffed ones, and whole ones with the top chopped out and all the seeds taken out, he stuffed them with cream cheese and sausage with a cube of cheddar at the top with a peice of bacon.
I tried all of them. (There were more but they were all kind of the same thing) Anyway, very very good.

yeah a wife of a friend of mine made some for a company party. They were marked wrong at the store, they were supposed to be about the scoville of a jalpeno. Turned out the store had marked the peppers wrong and she ended up stuffing 8 dozen scott bonnets. They can peak a bit higher then habenero's if raised right. these were.
I had one. Shit could remove paint off a car just by rubbing it on it. Jesus god those things hurt.
Im telling you I pride myself in my ability to eat just about anything spicy. These things were worse then some of the Thai and Vietnamese food I eat.Was definently Ice Cream spicy... Thats when you eat a tub of ice cream before you goto to bed. That way the next morning when Iyou do your morning necessary you can repeat the mantra "COME ON ICE CREAM!!!! COOOL IT DOWN!!!! "

First time I tried those was in Manhattan Beach in SoCal about 15 years ago. They were ok, but there's tons of appetizers I like better.
