The problem isn't just Grossman, it's their whole O.
Half the time his WR's stopped short on their routes. This makes him look like he's making bad throws, when he isn't.
He made good reads most of the night, but Berrian and Mohammed just are not Harrison and Wayne in any way, shape, or form.

muhammed is pretty good
berrian sucks donkey balls tho
he's got amazing speed, but isn't a good route runner, nor a great catcher of the ball (he dropped at least 3 last night, and the first pick was his fault)
