Nope. Entrapment would be if they told the guy they'd shoot his wife if he didn't have sex with this kid. Entrapment is when the police get someone to do something they wouldn't *normally* do. I.E. against their will or without their knowledge. Handing someone a cigarette when they ask for it, and then surprise you just smoked pot in front of a cop. The fact that he was quoted as saying he'd done it many times before throws that out the window.
