Sapphire X1950 Pro dies after 10 months. Replacement sent immediately, no qualms.

I wish they delivered cross border =\
but since they tend to use UPS for delivery, that's not an option

Er, I ship stuff to Canada via UPS. I'm missing something here?
Newegg lets you ship via Fedex, or UPS, also.

stuff shipped to canada via UPS always shows up with a nice COD for brokerage fees, usually equal to 50% of the value of the item
