that's pretty off topic, and no where near as bad as the ice storm that hit canada in 97/98

That Swiss "Ice Storm" is just the result of wind driven water forming ice at that lake.

i was on course in quebec when it hit, yeah
we spent the 2nd and 3rd days there chipping ice off all the power lines
