being someone who had to borrow around %50-65 of my college money, that is really scary. though, in all seriousness, it might keep some folks from getting into unneeded debt.... i imagine that if most people just took their time and gave themselves 2-3 more years to do school, they would have less debt if they worked to pay for it... would have helped me looking back.

I think it would keep people from frivolously attending college, just cause everyone else is
