Heya Vonk! How goes life these days?
I'll wave in your general direction in a few weeks when I have a layover for a few hours each direction when I make a trip further east in mid-July... heh. I might even wear a 49ers T-shirt on the plane, just so I can obtain instant hatred from everyone in the terminal....

You might have to change that MALAYSIA MALAYSIA MALAYSIA shit soon.... It'll either be DUBAI DUBAI DUBAI (unless you want to use UAE) or SHANGHAI SHANGHAI SHANGHAI.... you know.. just for me....
It's now 100% guarantee'd that I'll be moving to one of the two cities to work. If I take the job in Shanghai I'll be in the USA to train for a while.

God, I freaking hate how phpBB does previews... I previewed this giant post I just typed up, found a spelling mistake and so I tried to correct it... boom, post is gone.

So yeah... my quick update...
In October, we bought our first house together... lots of fun... it's a cute house, 2 stories, 3 bed, 2.5 baths... great pool in the back. We live in a really nice community in a quiet part of the DFW metroplex.
Got a great new job... really nice location in North Dallas... huge company and I have loads of responsibilities, and it's a really nice step for my career. More than doubled my salary from the cartoon company too (although that's not saying much). Still, life is grand...
Last Saturday ( 1 week ago, actually ), Jen and I were finally married... Ya'll might remember the engagement, although I think that might have been around the time I stopped posting here... Anyway, it was a long as hell engagement - the plan was that she would have time to finish school and all of that. June 21, 2008 was picked and it seemed like a good choice way back when... Summer solstice and everything... but holy crap it took forever to get here. But anyway, we are husband & wife now and everything is cool.
As soon as we get all the photos back from our photographer, I'll put up a blogspot for anyone... but right now I just have this little flickr page:

Oh, I just went through this amazing ordeal with my home warranty company... long story short, my A/C is completely destroyed and the warranty company is doing everything they can to avoid paying a dime. They win, I'm dropping $6300... but at least I get a badass new Trane setup on Tuesday. Should help resale, I guess =/. But still, fuck warranty companies.
That's all... you guys tell me what I've missed... fill me in on your lives!

It was a lot of fun... I'm only recently starting to come off of the high and get back into the swing of things. Like... my new A/C... they are at the house right now installing it... we have been roasting our asses off at home lately... it was in the low 90s inside at one point yesterday... With all the work that's being done, they might not finish til tomorrow, but... oh... happy day... I swear, I'm going to crank that thing on at 61° and walk around naked all weekend.
I'll take pics if you want.

Sure, I bet we all want to see pics of your domicile. Just be sure to avoid reflective surfaces if you decide to take pics in the buff.
