i go a few days between poos and usually they are so big they clog they toilet josh doesn't understand how it's even possible; he's never clogged a toilet in his life even though he poos like 17 times a day. for christmas this year i asked my mom to buy me a new toilet with uber poo capacity and +225 sucking.

What is it with girls and not crapping regularly? Is it something mental that develops from "holding it in" all the time or something? Almost every girl I know that honestly talks about this subject tells me they have issues crapping. I can clock my digestive tract to within an hour. Anything I eat is coming out 16.5 hours from the time of ingestion. How you can go days or a WEEK is beyond comprehension. Better out than in, I say.

PS. Speaking of the "holding it in", at what point in a relationship is it OK to take a crap at the girls place?

Personally, once a day, everyday, and any day I don't, then the next day is nearly an ass ripping, and I mean that owwwww.

I'd say, on the regular, I poo once every 3-6 weeks. I've always, always, always had issues with it, ever since I can remember.

as for your TMI, Leah, at least when you go, you go a lot! even when I go it's such a minimal amount that there's pretty much 0 relief. poor Jonathan, I always make it a point to tell him when I have a particularly exciting and fulfilling poo so he can congratulate me.

Jesus Ash, Where does all that shit go???!!! I go twice a day; around 8am and sometime in the afternoon depending on what time I ate dinner the night before (usually 3-4 PM).

heee josh and i talk poo all the time, even though he hates to acknowledge that girls do, in fact, poop.

also, mart, i don't think i eat poorly either i get all my servings of fruits/veggies every day and have some healthy fats and carbs and whatnot.

man I wish I knew. I've been to several GI specialists throughout my life and they say they have no idea what's wrong or that nothing's wrong and my digestive system is just slow.

The last guy gave me one of those pills with non-digestable rubberbands in them that are supposed to go through your system as a tracker, and when he gave me the x-ray he said they were spread throughout but that 5 of the 17 were gone. Gone WHERE? I knew I hadn't gone potty since he gave it to me so where they went I have no idea.

That was a painful process. I had to give myself 2 enemas and a suppository prior to the flex-sig and I figured well that'll clean me out! but it was just a little bit.

It wouldn't bother me if it wasn't for the wicked stomachaches I get from it sometimes - those are hard to deal with.

maybe you have a hyperactive digestive system and it produces less waste... Plus it saves on TP which can add up over time not to mention less water use

Generally, speaking....and I'm speaking generally here.....most girls think eating less=eating healthy. Which we all know isn't necessarily the case.

Anything with refined flour will bind me up something fierce...so I avoid it like the plague. Tea, too. Tea is a HORRIBLE dehydrator. Doesn't matter what type or flavor...it's all the same.

So, I've learned what'll mess me up and I usually don't have a problem anymore.

You ladies (and gents) know that the longer you keep waste in your colon the higher your risk for cancer and other issues, right?

Do you guys have restaurants around you that you reference as diuretics?

There are a few near me and even though the food travels through me faster than warp speed, it "tastes" good, and I just deal with the suffering that takes place 45mins after eating it LOL
