well, I'm up at 5am gettin my ham on the smoker
honey glazed... mesquite grilled... should be awesome =p
er... mesquite smoked (edit... dumbass... mesquite grilled, wtf?)

I have been smoking for over 12 years and I can honestly say that this is one of the top 5 tastiest things I have ever done... I had the idea to smoke a spiral sliced ham last year and it totally worked out... every bite OOZES with mesquite flavor. It's pretty awesome. Wish I did a bigger one now =/.

dude, my cousin who just moved to FL but lived in east texas, always smokes 2 turkeys, he was able to accidentally find 1 bag of mesquite in a store and he smoked them, AMAZING!
