Ok, I have a question. Is there a program or something that will let me burn this DVD I have from the disk to computer so I can have a copy of it? The DVD is NOT any kind of copyrighted movie or anything like that, its a homemade historical movie about coal unions and the scabs and violence and all that years ago in WV and KY. so its not like im trying to copy a movie I bought at the store, I borrowed it from a buddy and like I said, its just a home made documentary made by a few people around here. The CD its on is even a storebought one I believe from the looks of it, with a label made on a computer lol. So, is there a program I can DL to rip this onto my computer? Thanks in advance~

also, I dont know if it matters at all, but my laptop is:
HP Pavilion dv9700 Notebook PC
Processor - Intel(r) core(TM)2 duo CPU T5550 @ 1.83ghz
RAM - 4 Gb
Video Card - NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GS w/ 512mb
With windows vista

and thats about all i know how to find. Oh, and it has a dVD burner, but I cant figure out if I can take stuff off dvd ><

dvd2shrink has always worked as a one stop shop for me (not sure if it does HDDVD and probably not blu-ray, does anything yet?)
