Ok I can't figure this out. I play a vidoe clip... it plays for about 3 seconds then freezes, while the "counter" in seconds continues to move forward, then the image skips ahead to match up with the time.

I've uninstalled and resintalled my drivers... reinstalled direct X... increased my virtual memory... defragged... downloaded the newest version of Win Media Player... reinstalled all my media players for that matter.... changed my setting to 8X6 at 16bit...

What the hell could it be?

You need to try to get a better ac adapter and make sure the cartridge is pushed all the way in. Also check the wires that lead to the TV.

HEY it worked! Also, I put on some wool socks and scuffed my way across the carpet and reached and grabbed the RAM... man my machine is a freaking horse now.
