So basically this guy is a big time college soccer stud on the verge of going pro. He goes to a party where a girl tries to get on him. He leaves her hanging and she accuses him of rape. She was apparently shitfaced that night and admitted her memory was spotty. DNA tests did not match his. She had bite marks that didn't match his. His clothing from that night were examined where there was no trace of her fluids or anything of the sort on them. The DNA found on her actually belonged to her ex boyfriend. She claims she beat the shit out of him too but there isn't a scratch on the guy (the accused). Either way, Eric was convicted and sentenced to 6 years in jail as a rapist.

Now, I know journalists have their ways to mislead you and such but judging by the facts that 1) DNA doesn't match 2) her testimony is unreliable by her own admission 3) he shows no signs of any recent violent struggle, particularly the way she was describing to have fought him off....I'd say this is pretty heartbreaking. All the testimony portrays him as a really nice guy. It even says that since he's been in prison he's been making the best of his time by leading exercise and bible study for other inmates. Reading this seriously made me upset and pissed off for this kid.

If he was truly innocent of all charges, the "Reverend" Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson would've been all over this like stink on shit.

I know a couple Black people who are immigrants from Africa. They are nice people. I'm simply saying that if this guy is truly innocent of all charges and is just a victim of racism or whatever... don't you think Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and the whole clan at the ACLU would be all over this to protect Frimpong? That's what boggles me about this case.

The worst part of this is that he probably didn't actually do it and even if everything is overturned and he is released, for the rest of his life he will be considered a rapist by many. Even if the journalist misconstrued the facts to make him sound more innocent, there are certain aspects of the trial itself which seem to indicate that the judge was far from impartial. No juror should be allowed to stay when they themselves are being charged with a crime by the same DA. There is no way they can be considered impartial. The bit injury data from the original individual who instigated them by the DA should and by law must have been provided to the defense. This in itself is grounds for a mistrial and the fact that it was completely ignored by the judge (a former DA) is disheartening.

And that brings me to my story. I once knew an old chap back in school, his name was roger but all weird soudning, so im gonna call him Roger. Roger was from Uganda. Transferred straight here to play soccer too. He showed me pictures of the place he is from. You think we are barefoot and backwoods in west virginia? well they make our barefoot folk look like childs play. He said HIV/AIDs had taken over to about 70% of his little area, and people were getting murdered and slaughtered nightly over the tribal bullshit those people are always frollicking about with. So anyways, like someone else said, not sure who, but this dude, anytime youd see him on campus, no matter where he was, or in the library (he tutored me in Calc 2 actually, to a B I can add, really fucking smart dude, because im a fucking dipshit in math) hed have the biggets damn smile on his face. One time I can remember at a party someone calld him Smiley (in which was his nickname from there on out) and then of course someone said "Why do you smile so much?" And all hed say was buddy, Im here at a party with friends in the US, and I dont have to worry about eatting in the morning, or being mistaken for a guy of another tribe and get killed in my sleep. I Shit you not, and Ive never seen such seriousness in something like that. We ran around a little bit actually, played soccer between classes and stuff (on that note, the dude was SICK. I played through high school and stuff, had a partial scholorship to a couple little schools, was just decent ya know, well this guy made me look like a little girl. A stupid, stupid little girl. Thats really just a off the whim storytime from the Gaazy, im tired and internal travel clock being fucked, and im just falling apart. For the past couple weeks, I have borrowed my cousins Challenger Jet (mmmm first time ive felt like a pimp) and went state to state mine to mine trying to expand our company into the west, even further than we are already. And trying to meet everyones shcedules, is a pain in the ass. Morning in Montana, afternoon in Illinois. Illinois mrning, Utah afternoon, Colorado evening. Fuck me.
