This shit is the most violent thing I think Ive ever seen before. From just reading about it for like 20 mins I know that one dude died from concussion syndrome. the friday specialty loaf at bread & cup is usually a dark chocolate ciabatta which sounds very similar to what you are describing. it's freaking amazing.

i actually really dislike most breads but sourdough is the best thing in the world. or a good crusty baguette. but like sliced bread that you buy at the store actually kind of makes me gag, as do dinner rolls and the like. i'm weird about bread.
