And we thought the smoking man and creepy pedobear-inspired smile ad was bad. I guess we underestimated his level of "batshit insane." Seriously, I wonder about his mental health at this point.

If you're talking about the rabbit that gets blown to snot, pretty sure it's CGI.
The video itself, oh no, that's very real. It was put up on Youtube, flagged and removed, then put back up, and apparently Herman Cain was bitching on twitter about it being taken down, calling it a violation of freedom of speech. (leaving aside the obvious huge legal flaw that freedom of speech doesn't apply to private enterprise's media platforms, which Youtube is. They can have whatever standards they want. Freedom of speech bans the government from suppressing speech)
Nevertheless, my initial reaction remains: WHAT THE FUCKING HELL.
