So, like I said in the other thread, I just bought a house.

As soon as I bought it, i tore down a big mirror in the living room that was over the fireplace and what do I find? A leak and a big moldy hole in the wall. So I had to tear the wall out and rebuild it. I ended up finding a bunch of old pallet wood and some cedar my neighbor had left over from his deck and did it myself for probably a hundred bucks rather than paying someone a grand or whatever to do it for me. Check out me handiwork! I should have been a carpenter




After this guy today finishes sanding the hardwood floors in the house and redoing them, Im going to tile the whole front porch. F'n excited


Anyone got any home improvement stuff they want to share?

Grats on getting a house Gaazy. I don't care for the multi-colored pallet wood look, but you did a good job piecing it together.

I refloored the entire half of my girlfriend's house where we keep my son and his stuff. It used to be a disgusting rug ruined by animals.

I just finished building my front porch this weekend. There was old white iron railing that I didnt like on it, so I just tore it all off and build it with wood lol. Im a big wood fanatic. I like the textures and everything
