FOR PERSONS WHO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES THROUGH THIS CREATIVE PRESENTATION, THESE RULES GOVERN ALL ASPECTS OF PARTICIPATION AND PRIZE AWARD.

1. Introduction. Discover the Riches of EverQuest II (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Sony Online Entertainment Inc., 8928 Terman Court, San Diego, CA 92121 ("EverQuest Sponsor"). The Grand Prize Drawing is sponsored by ePrize LLC, 34405 West 12 Mile Road, Suite 123, Farmington Hills, MI 48331 ("Sponsor"). The Grand Prize Drawing is offered in conjunction with multiple companies ("Promoters") through different Web sites ("Creative Presentations"), announcing many different prizes. One such Promoter is Sony Online Entertainment Inc. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received through all Creative Presentations. The prize for which an entrant is eligible depends on the Creative Presentation through which the entrant entered the Grand Prize Drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received in any given Creative Presentation multiplied by the total number of Creative Presentations. The eDecoder Instant Win Game and Grand Prize Drawing are referred to collectively as the "Promotion". The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the U.S. who are at least 13 years of age at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. ONLY ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE ACROSS ALL CREATIVE PRESENTATIONS WILL BE AWARDED.

2. Timing. The Promotion begins August 1, 2004 at 12:01 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends September 30, 2004 at 11:50 p.m. ET ("Promotion Period"). Various Creative Presentations may be added to the Grand Prize Drawing throughout the Promotion Period.

3. Eligibility. The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the U.S. who are at least 13 years of age at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and Promoters, their respective related companies and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible to enter. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, EverQuest Sponsor, and judges, which are final and binding in all respects.

4. How to Enter. You will be able to enter the Grand Prize Drawing and play the eDecoder Game one (1) time each day during the Promotion Period in addition to earning any applicable bonus Grand Prize Drawing entries or Game plays.

a. Obtain an eDecoder Game Piece:

eDecoder Game Pieces will be available at all participating Regal Cinemas throughout the months of August and September 2004. You can either purchase specially marked popcorn or drinks and peel the eDecoder Game Piece off the popcorn tub (while supplies last) or simply ask for a free eDecoder handout from participating the Regal Cinema box office (while supplies last). Additional game pieces will be made available at participating DC Comic Book retailers in the United States, the Gen Con gaming convention August 19, 2004 through August 22, 2004 in Indianapolis, Indiana, and the following "V Games" tournament locations: Denver, Colorado (July 31 & August 1), Seattle, Washington (August 7, 2004 and August 8, 2004), Portland, Oregon (August 14, 2004 and August 15, 2004), San Francisco, California (August 21, 2004 and August 22, 2004), San Jose, California (August 28, 2004 and August 29, 2004), Las Vegas, Nevada (September 4, 2004 and September 5, 2004), Phoenix, Arizona (September 11, 2004 and September 12, 2004), San Diego, California (September 18, 2004 and September 19, 2004), and Los Angeles, California (September 25, 2004 and September 26, 2004).

NOTE: You do not need an eDecoder Game Piece to enter the Sweepstakes or play online. You will be able to play the game by using an online eDecoder.

b. How to use your eDecoder: Once you have obtained an eDecoder Game Piece, go to http://www.everquest2.com/riches/ and follow the links and instructions for entry. After you have submitted the required information on the form, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. You will have the option of clicking on any one (1) of two (2) doors, which ultimately will advance to the eDecoder Game Page where you will have one (1) opportunity to play the eDecoder Game.

i. If you have an eDecoder: Place the eDecoder Game Piece over the eDecoder Game Page displayed on your computer monitor. When you view the eDecoder Game Piece over the eDecoder Game Page, you will be instantly notified if you have won one (1) of the eDecoder Prizes.

ii. If you do not have an eDecoder: If you answered, "No, I do not have an eDecoder" on the Registration Page, you will advance to the online eDecoder Game Page, where you will be provided an online eDecoder. You can use your mouse to drag the online eDecoder over the scrambled circle. Once you do so, you will be instantly notified if you have won one (1) of the eDecoder prizes. If you are the potential winner of a prize, you will receive an email explaining fully how to retrieve your prize.

Eight Thousand, Eight Hundred and Eighty-Nine (8889) random, computer-generated winning times, one (1) for each prize will be created. If you are the first player to play the game at or after one (1) of the randomly generated times you will be an instant winner. If you are the winner of an eDecoder Game, you will automatically receive a notification message at the email address you used to register.

c. Friend Referral Program: You may earn bonus entries into the Grand Prize Drawing and bonus eDecoder Game plays by referring your friends. When prompted, enter the name and email address of up to five (5) friends, each of whom will be sent an email about the Promotion on your behalf. You will receive one (1) bonus entry and one (1) bonus eDecoder Game play for each friend referred for a total of up to five (5) additional entries into the Grand Prize Drawing and five (5) additional eDecoder Game plays per promotion period. You may only refer persons with whom you have an existing personal relationship.

All entries must be received during the Promotion Period. You may enter the Grand Prize Drawing through as many Creative Presentations as you like. Use of any automated program to enter will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Entries will not be acknowledged. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.

5. ALL POTENTIAL WINNING PLAYS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR,EVERQUEST SPONSOR, OR ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE INSTANT WIN GAME SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING PLAY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR AND EVERQUEST SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY PLAY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE PLAY AND IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE HONORED.

6. Drawings. If you are the potential winner of an eDecoder Game Instant Win Prize, you will automatically receive a notification message at the email address you used to register that will tell you how to claim your prize. There may be an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release attached to the winner notification email. The Grand Prize Drawing will be conducted in accordance with these Official Rules on or about October 21, 2004. Sponsor will randomly select one (1) Promoter's Creative Presentation from among all Creative Presentations. Sponsor will then select one (1) potential winner from among all eligible entries received through the selected Creative Presentation. All winning Entrants selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning are contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. A potential winner of the Grand Prize Drawing will be notified by mail within ten (10) days of the drawing. A potential winner of either the First Prize of the eDecoder Game or the Grand Prize Drawing must sign and return to Sponsor or EverQuest Sponsor within ten (10) days of being notified, an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release in order to claim his/her prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days of the first attempt to contact him/her or if prize is returned as undeliverable or if he/she fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place at random from among all eligible entries received for the selected Creative Presentation. Four (4) alternate drawings will be held after which any unawarded prizes will remain unawarded. All other prize winners will receive their prize 6-8 weeks after the end of the promotion.

For all prizes: No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize permitted, except by Sponsor, EverQuest Sponsor, and Promoters, who reserve the right to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value. Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable fees and taxes associated with prize receipt and use. Sponsor and EverQuest Sponsor will withhold and/or report taxes as required by the applicable law of Sponsor, EverQuest Sponsor and/or Promoter's jurisdiction and winner's jurisdiction.

8. Publicity. Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's and Sony Online Entertainment Inc.'s use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

9. General Conditions. Sponsor and EverQuest Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor and EverQuest Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor and EverQuest Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor and EverQuest Sponsor reserve the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor and EverQuest Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage Sponsor's or any Promoter's Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor and Promoters reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor or EverQuest Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Release. By receipt of any Promotion prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Promoters (including but not limited to Sony Online Entertainment Inc.), their respective related companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.

11. Limitations of Liability. Sponsor and Promoters (including but not limited to Sony Online Entertainment Inc.), are not responsible for: (1) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information or late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected, or postage due entries, or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (2) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer, network, hardware or software; (3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service; (4) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (5) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Promotion or from downloading any material from Sponsor's or Promoters' Web site(s), regardless of whether the material was prepared by Sponsor, Promoter, or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to Sponsor's or Promoter's Web site by a hypertext link.

12. Disputes. Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of Michigan (Eastern Division) or the appropriate Michigan State Court located in Oakland County, Michigan; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Promotion but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant, Sponsor, EverQuest Sponsor, and Promoter in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Michigan. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

13. Data Collection. Sponsor and EverQuest Sponsor and Promoters collect personal information from you when you enter the Promotion. The information collected is subject to both the ePrize Privacy Policy (http://www.eprize.net/privacy_policy.html) and the Sony Online Entertainment Inc. Privacy Policy (http://sonyonline.com/tos/privacy.jsp).

14. Winner's List/Official Rules. For a set of Official Rules or for the name, city and state of the winner send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to "Discover The Riches Of EverQuest II Promotion Winners/Rules Request", c/o ePrize LLC, P.O.
