First I don't think anyone expects david boston to play a full season, ever.

Second The man is too big for football ( yes I said that ) HE is the size of a body builder, but still tries to contain the speed of a WR in the NFL. His ankles and knees could never with stand a full season.

It's kinda sad though, if he could play a full season with out hurting himself, and wasn't such a head case he would be a great reciver- he would be near impossible to contain with in 5 yards

Shocker DB's hurt hehe

Really Riky screwed them cause they have to change their offense all around to a passing offense. Which they really suck at

***DUMB GIRL QUESTION ALERT***

If you are hurt, do you still get paid for the whole season? If so, thats kinda crappy, and a waste of money.

Yep, unless they cut you, and there are limits to that.

Lyion is right. NFL is kinda wierd. They are garunteed contracts unless they cut you, but some players can't be cut and not paid. Some get cut and paid. etc

NBA i think is the ONLY sport that everything is garunteed unless you attack a teammate/coach, or get arrested and throw in jail

If you get cut and the team gave you a signing bonus, they generally have to eat that signing bonus over the next two years.

While I like Peyton, I'm sure the Indy staff has to cringe every time he takes a hit, or when something happens, since his signing bonus is gargantuan.

The funny thing is, the NFL is the biggest moneymaking sport in the US, and its players can't touch baseball or basketball salaries.

Which is why I am in favor of these bastards in sports like NBA, MLB, NFL, NHL to all get contracts that pay a base salary of 200000, and everything else incentives. You play like shit, you don't get any incentives.

If he's a Dolphin fan he should be used to it by now.

I once saw Don Strock at the local Publix in Ft. Lauderdale...he might be old enough to remember who that was. =)
