Beta testing question

Where do you go to get into Betas of things? I mean I only started online gaming with EQ, but for EQ2 and WoW (Taxx got me my invite) etc etc.

Word of mouth and gaming sites pretty much. I also got into a bunch of them being a Fileplanet subscriber.
