I apologize for moving/deleting the post. I ment to clean it of the uneeded clutter and instead managed to fuck it up royaly. So I've decided to post this instead...

Q: Why was the thread deleted?

A: Because it in some way violated one of the rules of The Nameless Tavern.


Suggestion: We should have a mod explanation forum, so that they can explain to the users why threads are deleted/moved.

Reply to Suggestion: No, It will not be the policy of The Nameless Tavern to subject our volunteer moderaters to that kind of public harassment. If you have a problem with a thread either post here, or PM an Administrator.

Also, please remember that this is NOT R&F. If you want to flame a mod, than do it there, this is to be kept civil at all times.

Just out of curioisity, why not? It was also suggested that the possible-forum-in-question have all it's threads locked once made. That would solve the problem of rants, etc. being posted there.
As for the volunteer mods being open to public harassment... isn't that kind of a moot argument? I mean, you delete a thread or a post... people DO take notice and yell at you guys already for this. How would anything change? At least the "unwashed masses," as Mud so eloquently put it, would have immediate understanding as to why their posts were moved or deleted. Either way, you get harassed. This is different... how?
