Playtimes and Groupings

Ok, as I've made the mistake of allowing myself to get addicted to WOW, I'm curious who is playing what, and when.

Right now I'm looking at a Mage.. I'm somewhat undecided in regards to Alliance or Horde, since both have plus' and minus'.

I plan on playing 3-5 nights a week 4-6 hours from 7ish to 11ish EST, and occasionally a few hours during the day for craft skills.

Sooo..

When is your playtime? Do you have a preference for Horde or alliance? Would you be interested in a set group? Most importantly, can you cyber!

I've been playing most 4:30 - 11:30 CST... pretty regularly.

Come to the horde side. We can fit you in our groups, and help you level and then you can play with us again, it could be great fun, p.s. Adam is one hell of a cybereerererer

This is for release, Kizz. The game only has a few weeks before open beta.

I'd like to get a set group when the game is live. Rumour has it they are going to be wiping beta soon

Well for release, I'm not yet decided on race... but I'm pretty sure I'll stick with Priest. Aten has his warrior and we duo pretty well together. I'd like to get another partner, if not 'group' like that when the game goes live.

I'll probably stay out of a guild situation though... at least for a while.

I dont plan on guilding right away, but I would like to organize a set group.

Then again, I might just duo for the first 50 levels and quests...

I'm gonna PVE and I play 3 or 4 times a week 7 to 11 est.

Guild probably won't be made right away because of the money needed, but I'm sure there will be more then enough of us nameless folks to make groups every night.

I'm curious if the game will still be released Mid November, to compete with EQ 2.

I'm getting mixed reports....I'd really like them to not be released together, thus I can check both out.

With them putting up that annoucement there is no doubt in my mind now that it will be released Nov 15 or thereabouts...finished or not.

How about not playing Alliance...pussy

You know... the more I see and read... the more I'm agreeing with you on that...

There are like at least three times as many alliance players as horde... when I made my undead newb, everyone was way helpful to me and each other... people were way more social and I cruised through that np. When I made my dwarf, there was 5 times as many newbs in the newbie zone... nobody was polite... things weren't nearly as friendly. It's obvious to me where all the asshole newbie faggots are going to play come retail...

This is exactly what I've been saying the whole time. It's like the no-talent newbs go Alliance because they have the numbers advantage, better quests, MORE quests, more flightpaths.

Alliance is for the lazy newbs basically.

While I'm going to play Horde, Taxx, I personally would prefer Blizzard made the Horde side as good as the alliance one.

Right now Alliance is much more polished, refined, and easier to level in.

Now, I need to determine what race of mage I shall be.

4 nights a week would be perfect. Lets get a set group of people and get ready to roll next month.

Also, everyone Alliance Beta2 noobville was cool to me. But I didn't start in the dwarflands.

I'll be on most everynight 4-5 hours a night...if people want to group I will be on.

Lets get a list going, and get somewhat of a group setup.

Once we get class, race, and playtimes I'll set something up

Troll Mage, 7-11 EST 3 nights a week, 1 weekend day.

I'm still not sure what I want to play. Probably Rogue or Priest...still leaning towards Rogue. Undead of course.

I tried playing Horde, I just couldn't get a feel for the characters. I like the Night Elf lore, and the feel of the night elf. Its not so much that I want to play alliance, but I want to play a character that I think'll be fun.

Being a giant walking cow doesn't sound that great -- and I hate the way trolls look.

No class really has been as much fun for me as hunter, which leaves me with 4 racial choices, dwarves are lame, so are taurens and trolls. Night Elf really is the way to go, for me at least.
