6800 power issue

Ok all ya techies out there..
I built a 64 Bit FX-53 water cooled system..
running 2 10k raptors in Raid 0 with a 250 Gig storage HD.
running 2 Gig DDR and a Sb Audigy ZX Plat.
The Video Card is a 6800 GT 256 Card AGP 8X ( PCI E wasnt out when I got card )
The Temps are staying below 30 Deg C during EQ and just surfing. The problems I am haveing is the 5 Volt rail on my OCZ PSU jumps from 5.xx to 3.xx. I have talked to Evga and OCZ both plus posted on Sharkyforums. They claim its the PSU but this is second PSU that has had same problem. The First PSU was a Ultra 550 this one is a OCZ 520. I get BSD with a nv4_disp.dll error which people claim is a power issue. I am running the best drivers that are cert. by Windows. Also running 4 case fans plus black lights and a Temp/Fan controller.
Any ideas of what would cause the 5 Volt rail to act like this...???

That system right there would dim the lights in my neighborhood.
I would either blame the PSU or my other explanation below.

PS, what is the dongle you are putting into your card AFTER in the line?
If it's after the beasts of your raptor's, that's going to fux with your voltage during high stress HD activity.
If you have a spare 4 prong dongle hanging not after anything used, can get an adapter for your card, and should solve the problem if that's it.

Where are you seeing the voltage spikes? If you are seeing it happen anywhere besides the readout on a multi-meter, you are seeing 'cushioned' numbers. You need to see it for yourself at the actual line.
The fans and lighting won't make a difference... that's 30 watts at best.
You are definitely going to tax that PSU but not so much to cause the problems you are seeing. Verify that your 5 rail is down before you jump to blaiming the PSU.
Btw, which water block did you get? I'm about to sell my Cascade-SS =/.

I got a Koolance case done by
http://www.xoxide.com had to buy the 64 adapter. The Ultra PSU I have is sold there also. Im gonna take it to a shop today and have it test'd as my Voltmeter took a crap on me. Soon as I get all running right ill post a Pic of it..

That's not a water-cooled system!
The rest of your components are badass... but... Koolance is to water-cooled PCs as Kia is to high-performance driving.

Make sure you have F4 BIOS for it.
You do know about CTRL+F1 to open up the hidden sections of the BIOS, right?

yep about the "secret BIOS settings"
will check my BIOS version but I think its F3
