I knew that "Ignore" feature was a bad idea... SQL Armagedon!

If ignore is going to cause NT to be buggy then fuck it.

Well, then why vote on it if you weren't going to put it in? I am just curious.

I'm not putting it in because the majority of the board doesn't want it... plus it's pretty cumbersome... takes a lot of work... blahblah. Unless I see a huge amount of requests for it... it's not going in.

A banning commitee would work better.

Which would be easier and preferable to an ignore feature.

naw..banning commitee would just be a group of people judging who is more popular...that was high school....................and I don't want to get banned(which i would) for being myself, and i am sure ugz and taxx don't either...

I was thinking more senior members / mods who decide amongst themselves to put certain posters' access to the boards to public vote of which like 25 would be enough to put the member on probation(either limited forum access or a certain number of posts per day) and 50 votes against would be enough to ban them permanently.

I would never want to see anyone banned for good. Everyone here has something good to say every once in a while. The freedom of speech and post count wars, flame wars and other funny shit that goes on here would be endangered.
