No kizzy. Each position will only have 82 total games that it counts stats for. So if you just switch people in and out, your bench players will go towards your cap. Only time you should use your bench players is if one of your starters is on IR.

Other than that, just leave your team be.

you use your bench players when other players aren't playing that night, then you keep doing that so you have the most players possible playing that night.

Like if your PG and PF don't have a game.. if you have a PG and PF on your bench, you plug them in those positions so you get points from them instead of nothing.

Wrong Mallues. Each roster spot you can only acumilate 82 total games played. After that, you no longer are credited with any stats. So if you start putting in your reserves every other night, there stats will count towards that 82 total games played. Around the 41st game of the season if you are switching players in and out every night, you will not get anymore stats added to your total.

You leave your reserve players on the bench in case starters are injured, miss a game, or swap them if your starter is struggling. Dont switch them in and out every night.

Other fantasy sports leagues dont do this. But because basketball has off days between just about every game, they had to limit people from just loading up like that. Fantasy hockey does this also.

Very true, but football only has 1 off week, thats why it works.

Baseball leagues are alot of fun, because you do get to switch any guys out you want on any given day.
