About the headache thing. I read somewhere that most headaches are the result of dehydration in some form. First thing I do is drink a huge glass of water when I have a headache. Seems to help.

Dehydration is a big overlooked culprit in a lot of problems. If you aren't feeling 100% it's always a safe bet that you should work on getting yourself hydrated, even if for no other reason than to flush your body. If your piss aint clear, you aren't properly hydrated.

Lots of water and a multi-vitamin helps me a lot too.
