I guess I meant, how do I sweeten my coffee and tea without putting tons of sugar in it.
I've heard bad things about every sugar substitute, so perhaps you have some insight.

Stevia if you are really going for healthy sweetener. I lvoe the stuff, thoug hthe liquid form is a bit too sweet for me. You can get it at numerouse places, gnc / safeway / whole foods / trader Joe's/ I have seen a few giant super markets with it.. Slightly more expensive than lets say splenda.

Funny that you mention this because it's a decision I had to make a couple weeks ago. In trying to cut as many sugar / fat corners as possible, I realized the best thing to do as far as coffee and tea go is to drink it black.
I'll be the first to admit that it's bitter at first, however I got use to it in about a week. Now it's no problem at all.
Everyone should be eating totally organic food btw ~

I agree -
Organic food is 100 x better than normal foods the price is so worth it. Stevia is the shit and a wonderful start to healthy eating for alot of people

I don't mind black coffee, but I'd like something in it...what about no sugar, but 1% milk or something...
