Are there any decent ones that don't mess up your insides or give you brain tumors 50 years from now?

I feel so tired and worn out lately, I just don't have the energy to exercise, which causes it's own downward spiral.

Green tea ? = (

There really isn't enough data to match which are good which are bad... green tea is great though and it is reported if you switch green tea for coffee you can loose up to ten lbs in 6 weeks

It's funny you mention green tea. We were at the store the other day and I saw a container with green tea with passionfruit and citrus in it and thought it sounded yummy even tho I don't normally like tea.

Best part about it...it uses Splenda as a sweetener and tastes really good.

does green tea taste any different from regular tea? i don't like flavoredy teas at all, just straight tea, no sweeteners. i've been hesitant to go the green tea route because i'm afraid it'll taste like liquid butt. thoughts?

Green tea has a much lighter flavor. It's almost floral sometimes I think. It's not as strong or as bitter. I have found it to be very refreshing, rather than heavy like black teas.
