I tried the Michelob Ultra the other day because my brothers friend wanted to share a 6 pack and just hang out. I told him I was on SB diet and so he got that beer because its low carb. So I looked into other low carb beers for tonight (Im going out with my cousins) and I came across this nifty chart. Figured I would share it for those of you that are trying to stay healthy but want to have the option to drink as well.

Well that is arguable -

Liquor for the most part is made of liquor carbs ( 7 per g as opposed to 4 p gram)

Now if you look at a bottle of vodka it will looks something like

65 calories
0 fat
0 carbs
0 protien

well you can only get calories from one of those 3 catagories, that being said you don't have to list the carbs that liquor is comprised of, due to the fda.

that being said you are really putting in your body 65 -75 calories, 9- 10 grams of Alchohol sugar(Which is a carb, very high on the GI index - example would be eating cane sugar execpt more calories per gram) 0 fat and 0 protien per serving of one Oz.

All hard liquors are like that they all contain calories and sugar.

that being said hard liquor ( rum and diet coke ) is a far better choice than any beer

basically companies that provide hard Liquor have jumped on the low carb craze because ppl in PR realized they didnt have to claim sugared alchohol on a nutritional label

Will it hurt a low carbdiet -- well not really if you know yo uare going drinking be strict all day so you can enjoy yourself
