Well I have heard a TON of bad stuff about the dev's/admin and forum mod's there.

If someone makes a post with a bad word in it and you post after that and don't report it you are suspended.

If you argue with Tiamat(a board admin) in any way shape or form you are banned.

They have asked several boards (MMORPG.com and the VN boards) to remove any forum dedicated to Mourning as they wish direct control over what is said about the game.(Basically folks could not complain about Mourning on the Mourning boards for fear of bans,so were doing it elsewhere). Mourning dev's sent e-mails threatening lawsuits if they did not close the forums etc.

I spent a day reading through many of their forums as this game at one time intrested me. But after seeing the attiude they have towards their playerbase I was of the opinion that I'd rather play Barbie Fantasy World online. if they are like this in beta it is certain to get worse come retail IMO
