So my ol' reliables (my reeboks) finally gave out on me, and they were just getting too uncomfortable to work out in.. so on saturday, we went shopping, and Chable bought me a pair of

My experiences with nike (with the exception of football cleats) have been horrible. They have the worst durability of any shoe I have ever used.

Those are nice I could swear I just looked at a mens pair in dark blue the other day, but I decided I loved my bright red and green runnign shoes too much.

it's not who finishes first, it's who finishes with the most flair and style.

Sorry to hear about your luck, Grim :( I've always had good experiences with Nike.. from softball cleats to tennis shoes. My cleats alone lasted me from 6th grade to senior year - I still have them now, but I don't play softball as much anymore. I had a pair of shoes that lasted me about 5 years when I got sick of them. Sounds like maybe you've had a run of bad luck

Mine are a bit different than those I posted, they're metallic mesh and teal ;)

17.5 EEE is expensive on the wallet.

I've had the same pair of adidas for the last 8 years. They were my training/practice/marching parade/everyday wear shoe. They are a bit un squishy from 8 years of standing on them, but they still function with no holes, tears or anything. I really should think about getting another pair, but I dont think any shoe could compare to these.
