Cute...order a bowl full of rice and instead of the regular chinese rice we get VIAGRA Rice!!!! Woot stiff competition. I think they are right to be concerned about this.

What I take away from that article is that there is more concern over beer than there is over medicine.

what i take is this...lets say bee a stops off at rice a..he then takes the pollen to rice B. Rice b then becomes pollenated by rice a.
what if the rice a plant is genetically altered? lets look at what happens if the rice B plant can not handle the pollen from rice a. A whole crop is decimated.
Or rice a's gene structure alters rice B? What are the possible side effects?
Im no bioengineer so someone might be able to tell you the possible implications. I have no problems with them planting this but I would first like to see what happens to a crop after cross pollenization beofre they put it next to the hops I drink in my Guiness.

Hey...if when I drink a beer it gets me drunk AND makes my dick hard for 8 hours I'm not going to complain lol.
But I understand the point of view from both sides.
