When I get on AIM and receive an IM or send one, my IM message box will freeze and then it will say an error occrued or something along those lines, and then it kicks me off. I can't use AIM now and I don't know why and it is bugging the hell out of me. Anyone know how I can fix this please!

Uninstall / Reinstall is your friend. Or, check out AIM's site and see if there's a newer version available for download.

Try gAIM out. No spyware, ads, or any other AOL IM BS.

I can't even DL the newest version of AIM. I get to the very final downloading process and it stops.

You should delete Windows and install Linux...

When I open my Windows Task Manager, this MFCVH32.EXE thing is up. I don't know what it is, but I think it is my problems. Ever since it has been popping up, I haven't been able to use AIM. Whenever I click 'end process', it just comes right back in two seconds. I can't get rid of the fucking thing.
Oh and I can't uninstall or install AIM or anything. I tried, would not let me.

download and run <a href="http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=321cd7a2-6a57-4c57-a8bd-dbf62eda9671&displaylang=en">this</a>
Then if you dont have it, download and install <a href="http://free.grisoft.com/softw/70free/setup/avg70free_308a468.exe">this</a>
See if that removes whatever is causing your problems.

gAIM is also a great program. I would suggest it over AIM anyday.
